I have an AP122 device (01221703256139) which i've being used for testing on a trial cloud account, Now i want to move the AP to another NG on prem hivemanager but i'm not able to remove because the trial license expired. Is there another way to get this serial number removed so i'm able again to onboard my ap122 ? thx in advance

Thanks for providing that serial number, I was able to free that device up for you so you should be able to add it to your new HiveManager now. Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

I was able to contact the supplier and they managed to reset the AP through aerohive support. Thx in advance
