WPA2 is the authentication method, that will still leave the client using 802.11ax per the Radio Profiles. You were likely using ac before you installed the 650s.

That does not explain why the same phone cannot connect to our Guest network either and it uses WPA2
This is just since we replaced the AP's with 650's.

Thank you for clarifying for me. 802.11ax is fairly new, some older devices may not be able to use ax to connect. You might want to consider leaving the wifi0(2.4GHz radio) at ac to allow for legacy clients in the network.

The settings are the same in both configuration methods ...2.4 and 5 both using AX for Radio Profile.
