One AP refused to be managed

i have 26 AP130 who i managed from Extremecloud IQ , only one , i don't get managed.
Hostname stay the same , IP addres also etc . . .
i i look to the connected servers i get
HiveManager Primary Name: ie-cws-10.extremecloudiq.com
In config : CAPWAP Master Host: ie-cwm.extremecloudiq.com
Someone a idea ??

Thank you for confirming that for me. In that case, you'd likely want to replace the AP. If you've purchased support with Aerohive, you can request an RMA for this device.

there is no problem with this port 80
the other 26 AP i updated them last week , all on the same network and firewall

I'm seeing some log messages indicating we're failing to send files via HTTP, which is also what was causing the AP to remain disconnected. Could you confirm http 80 is allowing outbound traffic on your firewall or any content filters you may have?
