Hi,
I have deployed 150xAP250, HiveManager NG Virtual Appliance (hivemanager-ng-signed-11.26.3.5-aerohive-2017-11-15)
Issue what i am finding is user is failing to authenticate on the Radius Server.
From the logs what i get is: -

It looks like we aren't getting a response from the Radius server. We can try to troubleshoot this with you via this post, but it would be best to open a support case if you have paid for support.
Could you tell me if you are hosting the Radius server on an AP or if we are passing traffic to an external server? Ultimately if we can't find anything obvious with the set up, we'd need a packet capture in order to see where the traffic is failing.
If you search for "packet capture" in the Hive Community, and look at the Articles with this in their title, you can see some guides that will walk you through how to run a packet capture. There are different guides based on the platform you are using (HiveManager Classic {myhive.aerohive.com} or HiveManager NG {cloud.aerohive.com}) and how in-depth you want to get (remote packet capture vs. mirrored port).
