Hi @Sam Pirok

Could you please help me to unregister some AP250 ? I've bought them as a part of big lot of decommissioned equipment but I can't add them to my ExtremeCloud IQ Connect

Hi Sergey, sorry for the slow reply here, I was out of the office for a few days. I haven't heard back from the original owner, and now I'm trying to work with the old account team to see if they can assist us. If they aren't able to help us, I'll need to know generally where you're located so I can find a local sales engineer to connect you to. 

Also, I've started the same process for the 1130, thank you for letting me know about that device as well.

there is also ap1130 from the same lot that has the same issue 11301708140100

Hi Sergey, thanks for reaching out here. I've found the old records that are preventing you from adding these devices to your own inventory, and I've reached out to the original owners to get confirmation that it's okay to remove those old records. Once we have that, I'll be able to release these devices to you so you can add them to your own inventory. Please feel free to check in with me here any time for an update.
