Hi,
I'm an admin for a small company that uses Aerohive AP130s with an on prem Hivemanager. Unfortunately, the on prem server died before I was able to remove the AP serial numbers from the on prem hivemanager. We are now trying to move these 2 APs to our cloud hivemanager but I can't add the serial numbers without first removing them from the previous hivemanager. Can anyone help? The serial numbers are as follows

Hi,
If you used the IQVA (Extreme CloudIQ on premise (hivemanager-ng) you probably used the cloud redirector as well.
The IQVA does not claim serial numbers by itself. This is something that the redirector does.
Check if you have an account for redirector.aerohive.com, if so. you can delete them from there and you will be able to add them to your XIQ tenant (cloud hive manager).
