If you aren't able to ping the device it likely has a new IP address. I'm afraid if you can't SSH in to it you're going to need a console cable to determine the issue, especially since a reboot didn't fix it.

I even tried a reset factory, but it that not switch off.  Any suggestions ?

contiI tried to do this by ssh , with a machine on the same LAN but I can't, given that I lost the ping .  Is that may come from the Ap that it's rebooting ?

The amber light means the AP is still broadcasting it's last known configuration but is not connected to the HiveManager, which means we won't be able to troubleshoot from the GUI. You can SSH in to the AP with a computer on the same subnet as the AP if you don't have a console cable available, otherwise they are available in many places including Amazon.

hello,

I have the same issue. teh AP steak on steady amber light. I don't have a console cable. Is there a possibility to check that from the hive manager.
