If you have purchased support, you can open a ticket to start the RMA process. If you have not purchased support, you'd want to fill out the Connect RMA form that you can find here: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/connect-support
Be sure to click on the RMA tab on that page to get the RMA form, as opposed to the question form for Connect users. A good way to tell you are on the right form is that you will have to check a box to confirm that you have followed troubleshooting steps for the RMA form, but not for the question form.
