This means that the AP is no longer able to reach the HiveManager, but the AP could still be passing client traffic normally. To help with CAPWAP troubleshooting you'll want to follow this guide: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-Guide-for-HiveManager-NG
If you'd like help with this process, you'll want to open a case with technical support so a technician can walk through this with you.

Thank you for those logs, but we would need CAPWAP debugs enabled to see connection issues. I've listed those below.
For opening cases, you would want to contact your VAD or have the customer open a case if they've purchased Select support.
Please SSH in to the AP and run the following commands, then wait for the issue to happen again and collect tech data:
_debug capwap info
_debug capwap basic
_debug capwap stat
These will be erased if the AP reboots. You can also manually disable these at any time by adding "no" to the start of the command; for example "no _debug capwap info".

We have collected log as attached, anyone have idea on this issue.
Can we open support case with partner account? or have to get customer to log case to AeroHive
