This indicates you have Radio Frequency interference on your network. The following guide will help you troubleshoot this, depending on what HiveManager platform you are using.

HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com)- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Radio-Frequency-Interference-Troubleshooting

HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com)- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Radio-Frequency-Interference-NG

Currently we're still recommending 8.2r5 as far as I know. You can check the latest recommendation here, we update this chart each time we release a new golden version- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/question/0D50c00005jmpq9CAA/aerohive-hiveos-access-point-mat...

OK. Yes, I do. but a question before that, would version 8.5R5 be the lasted version? because I tried to do the update in the golden it tells me that it is in the last version

Would you be able to update to 8.2r5 (the latest recommended version) to see if the issue still occurs? If it doesn't, could you send me tech data with the AP on 8.2r5, then tech data with the AP on a different firmware that doesn't show interference? My direct email is communityhelp@aerohive.com. Below are some guides on how to get tech data, depending on which HiveManager platform you are using.

HiveManager Classic-https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/How-to-download-tech-data-in-Classic

HiveManager NG-https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/How-to-download-tech-data-in-HiveManager

Device CLI-https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Collecting-Tech-Data-via-CLI

This guide will walk you through how to determine which HiveManager you are using, for reference: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using

Hello. I have this same problem with my ap-130, I noticed that this started from the firmware update for the HiveOS version 8.2r4.207023. before that there was no interference registered in myhive, I also did the procedures that were passed in the tutorials above, but without success
