If you’ve already pushed a config from HM, the default password has changed. Unless you set one in the Network Policy, you can find it under Global Settings, Administration, Device Management Settings.

Which OS are you on and which are you attempting to update? Are you receiving any errors? Are you losing capwap along the way?

Also, I onboarded these APs, but am unable to log in to them with the default credentials (admin/aerohive?). I've set creds in the policy, reapplied it, but the APs I'm unable to update are the same ones that can't receive the new config (Device Update Failed).

I've tried rebooting, pushing the config again, but it still fails. I assume I need to manually do it from the WebUI? If so, where can I get an image file and what are the default credentials?
