Hello

thanks for your help and your answer. I had opened a case at Aerohive support and after make a remote session it seems that its depend of the browser and the auto-sign certificat. using Chrome it randomly failed but when using FF, edge or Opera it is working all the time.

Also the engineer has restart the System Management service by the command line

Hello, thank you for your patience while I looked in to this for you. I wasn't able to replicate this in my lab, and as long as we can confirm that the server is indeed up and running I'm not sure what would cause that error message. I might suggest opening a technical support case to look in to this with our engineers.
