We do not work with Hivemanager very often. Today we found out, that the appliance will not boot completely. One of the Tomcat servers is not starting. It's impossible to collect logs from console. What could be the reason for that and how can we debug/fix it?

It's NFS store in a VMWare environment. We have just 2 APs for testing. Will be more in the future. 12 GB RAM and Thin provisioning.

I'd need to know a bit more about your deployment first, could you answer the following questions?

Is the HMVA deployed using local storage?

Is it SSD or HDD?

How many devices are managed?

How much RAM is allocated?

Is it thick or thin provisioned?
