Ah I understand. They've signed up for the 30 day free trial of select, rather than going straight to the connect platform. Unfortunately the only way to get around this would be to purchase an entitlement key, otherwise they'll need to sign up for another instance but choose connect this time.

Customer has configured one month free hivemanger. Now, the dashboard is asking key, how can we migrate it to free license hivemanger?

Hello,

Interesting issue, are you certain you're on the connect (free) platform?

If you're on connect, you should see the following "upgrade" options in the menu bar . Else you may well be on the full (paid) select platform. Please see differences below:
