We need a help to remove previously registered device serial number from Extreme Cloud account. We are unknown about those registered account.
We have not been able to login hivemanager since last few days, when try to login it says license information. How can we resolve this issue because it is free of license hivemanager.
AP122 does not obtain the IP address from Fortigate any Firewall, also tried by putting the static IP on hive manger this also doesn't work. But when we put others routers it works fine what could be the issue?
