I have had the issue at multiple sites and multiple Aps but maybe only 10% of them.

I initially installed a 250 in a location and it connected to the cloud portal and clients connected. After a few hours the Ap light when from white to orange. I tried connecting directly to the switch but no luck.

I then took this with me to my house to test on a normal broad band with no firewalls or filters on internet traffic. I still would not connect to the portal and it stayed orange. I then consoled into it and did a factory reset and left the AP connected to by broadband for about an hour, the Ap still not connect to the portal and stayed orange.

That same AP I connected to a network point this morning in the Dublin HO and it connected to the portal and went white. It was then disconnected and reconnected a while later to the same network point. Again it will not connect to the portal and is orange. I tried a few times removing the ethernet with POE and reconnecting and it is completely random if it connects to the portal or now.

One other thing I have noted is when this happens the dell switch reports that there is power on the port but the port itself reports as being down.
