We have several AP330 access points in our school. One of them is not working. All others display green lights and this one does not. The computers in this room are struggling to connect and stay connected with the wifi. How can I fix this?

A green LED light would mean the AP is in the process of booting up, you should be seeing white LED lights on the APs that are working and connected. For the AP that is having client connectivity issues, could you send tech data from the AP to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com so I can review and let you know what I find?

If you can let me know which HiveManager platform you are using, I have give you more specific instructions on how to get the tech data. This guide will walk you through how to determine which HiveManager you are using, for reference: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using
