We received a new license key for support. It was entered in the cloud based Aerohive. I need to deactivate in cloud and enter it in the VM Aerohive we run. When I try it errors with "This entitlement key has already been used by another system."

If you can send that entitlement key to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can get it freed up for you so you can add it to the proper HiveManager instance.
