We received a new license key for support. It was entered in the cloud based Aerohive. I need to deactivate in cloud and enter it in the VM Aerohive we run. When I try it errors with "This entitlement key has already been used by another system."

Hi Sam, The key was entered into our local VM, however, it looks like the key had to be entered by a specific user? Our instance of ID Manager still shows expired. This is the body of the email received:
