We use AP1130s (and 170s) in our freezers.

Here are the environmental spec per the AP245X datasheets:

Environmental

• Operating: 0 to +40°C, Storage: -40 to +70°C • Humidity: 95%

You could use NEMA enclosures, then you'll need to address antenna mounting. Ventev has been a good resource...http://www.ventevinfra.com/productselector/
