What can I do to get these serials removed from the redirector?

Hi, I have bought used hardware to build a small network at home (we use Aerohive at work) but the serials are still bound to another VHM, can you remove them?

Serials: 12113091601007,12112101701545

PS: I was not able to open a support case, are there special requirements?

Support will need to assist. Have you tried to call vs. opening a ticket online?
