What is the current position on buying and using second hand/used Aerohive ap's. Is this a no go zone or is it possible to transfer to a new owner with a new license, etc or onboard to Connect ?

So long as you can show proof of purchase for the devices, purchasing from a third party seller is perfectly fine. The licenses will not transfer over, so you would either need to purchase licenses for the devices from Aerohive, or use HiveManager Connect which will never require a license. If you have trouble adding the devices to your inventory because they have already been registered in a different HiveManager inventory, please send the serial numbers of the devices and your proof of purchase to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com and I'll free the devices up for you.
