In that case you would want to reach out to support to request a temporary key so you can migrate to HiveManager Connect. You can also reach out to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com for this kind of request as well.

What if the subscription of the current instance already expired? We then have no access to the current configuration anymore (to copy it manually), and we cannot remove the APs either...
