It is necessary for a quotation, but you will need to work out the details of your order with your reseller or sales engineer to determine which part number is appropriate for your set up. There is not one generic part number for what you are looking for, there are many details that go in to determining exactly which option you need and what price that entails.

Unfortunately there are quite a few variables that go in to this answer, such as level of support, how many users you'll have, if you want SMS or not, if you need directory integration, etc. Your best bet is to contact your reseller or sales engineer for this information.
