Recently hivemanager platform seem have been updated.
When even click Need help button,It couldn't be open online help page since updated.
?
please advise me.?

Browser caching can sometimes cause issues like this. Try from private/incognito tab - if it works then, clearing cache (or using a different browser) should resolve it.

Thank you for letting us know. I just tested this in my lab and the help file opened for me, but I may be on a different HiveManager server than you are. Could you tell me what the URL displayed when you log in to HiveManager says, up to aerohive.com? In the URL, right after cloud-, you'll see some letters designating the server you are using, which will let me test on the same server as you to be sure we are getting the same results.
