When I try to create bulk ppsk users only the the Guest user group is available. If I choose to create individual users I have all local user groups. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure the user group has to be set to automatic generation in order for bulk import to be an option, do you know what the user group settings are for the group not showing up in your list?
