Yes, quite a few of those score card metrics need an 8.4x version or higher to collect the required data. Would you be able to upgrade the firmware and let us know if that brings your scores up?

Hi Sam, as AP121 recommended is 6.5r12 , hence i think it explained the Root cause of poor score. Thanks.

Hi Sam,Yes All AP assigned to map and the map have been scaled.  Could it be the firmware 6.5r12 not able require information to ExtremeCloud IQ?

Hi CT, do you have your APs assigned to locations on maps in the ML Insights> Network 360 section of ExtremeCloud IQ? If the APs are not assigned to locations, some information can’t be collected and that might bring your scores down.
