If isp supports MTU greater than 1594, without ONA, how to configure vsp4k?

Afaik, 4K has limitation that it cannot VxLAn encap.

So ONA is a must when you talk about FE and 4K, irrespective of what the MTU is.

On the other hand, 7K/8K can do VxLAn encap and don't need ONA.

So, you cannot configure 4K to have FE without ONA.
