Hello ATPs,

As I mentioned previously, we will soon be launching our new Instructor survey and we can’t wait to hear from you ?

I just wanted to add another reminder below of our process for collecting customer satisfaction results.

VERY IMPORTANT - You will need to send the correct survey link and QR Code for the class type. Details are in the Word document attached so should be fairly straightforward. The standard surveys cover:

  • Instructor-Led Training
  • 2-Day/Practice Lab Sessions
  • Ninja Challenge

For custom classes, please reach out to the Learn Team and we can arrange this for you.  

SURVEY PROCESS:

  1. Administrators – Before each class, please make a note of and send the Instructor the 6-digit class code. They will need to give this number to their students. The number is unique to each class date and can be found IN Dojo in the URL. Just click on the class name within the EDIT EVENT page:

NB: ATPs are only permitted to view their own classes.

  1. Instructors - Please create a simple slide before each class/lab session. I have attached a slide template for you to populate but feel free to use your own. Please give the students 10-15 minutes on the final day of the class/session to complete the survey. During this time, please show the slide again and put the survey link in the chat box. Alternatively, the QR Codes can be accessed on a smartphone or tablet. Please explain that they will then need to complete the questions during the break in order to gain access to the certification exam (if there is one). It is really important that they do this before the end of the class during the break and not after the class has finished.
