VDX6740-24 and base switch license

Hello,

Does VDX6740-24 by default come with 2x40G ports license included in the base switch license or it has to be ordered separately? I recall in VDX6740T-1G I can see two 40G in the base switch license, but with VDX6740-24 it says None.

VDX6740T-1G has two base licence for 40G by default so that it can be used in a VCS fabric as ISL cannot be formed with 1G ports
