Is there any procedure to reset to factory defaults switch HP 8/24c SAN AJ822A without password?

Is there anybody who can help me with recovery boot prom password ?

I would recommend reaching out to Broadcom on that.  The team that came to Extreme from Brocade has never supported SAN products.  Broadcom should support all the legacy Brocade SAN products to my knowledge.
