Can I get some assistance regarding avaya switch

Cannot seem to add Vlan members on a specific port 

It says - cannot modify settings

maybe your switch is configured with "vlan config control" strict, about the configuration modes:

How To: How to configure vlan configcontrol | Extreme Portal (site.com)

You can modify this value or made the vlan changue properly (if strict)
