Avaya / Extreme WLAN Wifi 9100 WOS and AP 9100 Series License Problem. Can not add more than 9 AP's.

Hi Everyone,

I am not able to add more than 9 AP's to a WOS Server with a license for 10 AP's.

WOS Version: 8.2.0-8266
AP Version: 8.5.3

AP Type: 9x 9132, 1x 9173

Restart, Deleting and Adding was not helping.
