I have a weird problem with the configuration manager in Ridgeline.
I am trying to set a global schedule, all pretty straightforward.
We have an estates of 200 switches, of which only two correctly backup to the schedule. The others all fail.
However here's the weird part. If we then select all devices to backup now, they all backup successfully.
We logs on the switches state that the user (ridgeline) could not login via ssh, however when manually backing up, the user does login?
I can right click any device and telnet into them (ssh) with no issues.
It's like there's a conflicting user account or something?
Any ideas?
