A small correction to Paul's explanation.

97003-R-BASE is the Part # for ExtremeWorks Software Update Service for Ridgeline 4.x Base-50 (Part # 83019).
97003-R-DC-BASE is the Part # for ExtremeWorks Software Update Service for DC FP Base-50 (Part # 83527).

If you have Ridgeline 4.x Base-50 (Part # 83019) andDC FP Base-50 (Part # 83527) you need BOTH 97003-R-BASE and 97003-R-DC-BASE.

Hello Dharmaraju

In Ridgeline the base is the number of licenses that are supported. The 97003-R-Base is SW service for just Ridgeline with no feature packs. The 97003-R-DC-Base is the SW support for Ridgeline with the DC feature license installed. I hope this helps.
