I recently purchased a decommissioned AP250. When attempting to onboard, I received the subject message. SN 02501705227373. Can you please check to see if this can be released? Thank you!

Update: Also SN 22241607290052 and 19004522202009 (AH-SR2224P and AP-8533 respectively). Thank you!

Hi Jeremy, thanks for reaching out. For the AP 250, I found the old record that is causing issues for you, and have emailed the original owner to get permission to remove that old record. Once we can do that, you should be able to add that device to your inventory. 

Unfortunately, for the SR2224P and the AP-8533, you'll need to open a support case for assistance with those. The server I have access to that assists with this kind of request doesn't include the SR22/23 swithces, or non-Aerohive APs. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful there.
