i have aerohive ap650, but when i add it to my cloud it gives me an error.
"A stake record of the device was found in the redirector."

Can you help me delete them from the old cloud? so I can add them to my cloud.

Thank you for your patience here, I just heard back from the original owner and was able to free these devices up for you. Can you try adding them to your inventory one more time?

Hi there, thanks for providing those serial numbers for me. I did find them registered to another user in our system, and I'll need permission from the old admin before I can remove these old records.
