Hi.
i have aerohive ap121, but when i add it to my cloud it gives me an error.
"A stake record of the device was found in the redirector."

Can you help me delete them from the old cloud? so I can add them to my cloud.

Hi Rostislav, thanks for providing that serial number. I was able to find the old records for this device and I've reached out to the original owner to get their permission to remove these records.
