Hi Sam Pirok
i have aerohive ap650, but when i add it to my cloud it gives me an error.
"A stake record of the device was found in the redirector."

Can you help me delete them from the old cloud? so I can add them to my cloud.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out and for providing those serial numbers. I was able to find the old records for these devices and I have reached out to the original owner to get their permission to remove these old records, which will free up these APs so you can add them to your inventory.
