Hello everyone!
We recently acquired a second-hand Aerohive switch, and we're facing some challenges with onboarding it. The previous owner removed it from their account, but we're encountering the following error message:
"23241811020043A stale record of the device was found in the redirector."
We've tried troubleshooting on our end but haven't been successful in resolving this issue. We would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this problem.

Hi there, to request a serial number be released from it's old inventory, you'll want to contact our support team on the Extreme Portal, under Support. They'll be able to help you from there. Hope this helps!

We tried and while I understand the process, I must express my disappointment that support wants us to buy a service contract first.
Nonetheless, you've been very helpful throughout this process.
