Hi, about 6 months ago, ive bought 5 Aerohive AP's 3x 130 1x 1130 from an auction. When i try to add them to the cloud i get a "device in use" error.

How can we fix this issue? i dont know the previous owner and payed alot for the AP's, so it would be great if i can use them somehow.

Hi @KhareT, thanks for checking in! We just got permission this morning to remove the old records, could you try adding these devices to your inventory one more time?

i found that ive got one extra AP from the the same organization.

ive send you the SN of the AP via email.

could you please release this one also?

Hi Khare, thanks for checking in. I have not heard back from the original owners. I've been trying to contact the old account team to see if they could help us, but so far no luck. The next step would be to contact your local sales engineer. If you can tell me generally where you're located, I can find a local sales engineer to connect you to so they can assist you with this request.
