Hi, about 6 months ago, ive bought 5 Aerohive AP's 3x 130 1x 1130 from an auction. When i try to add them to the cloud i get a "device in use" error.

How can we fix this issue? i dont know the previous owner and payed alot for the AP's, so it would be great if i can use them somehow.

Hi Khare, yes I did receive your email, thank you very much for resending that. I've found the old records for those devices and I've reached out to the original owner to get permission to remove those records. Once we get that done, you should be able to add them to your inventory. Thank you again for checking back in, please feel free to check in here any time for an update.
