Hi,
My ex-boss left in December. I manage 4 sites, all with Aerohive APs.
At one, we have an onsite hivemanager.
At two we use ExtremeCloudIQ with seperate logins.
I've just discovered we have no saved credentials, or documentation on the 4th location.
It was built in 2018. I don't see anything relating to an on-site Hivemanager, so I'm thinking it is a CloudIQ setup.
How do I go about finding the account email address so I can do a password reset request and go from there?
One of the APs is:
S/N 01221612197046
I expect the login to be ***@ket.education or ***@kentshillpark.school

Hello tcarrington,
The VHM the serial number is linked to has 2 admin accounts mapped to it (I will only provide the first 2 letters for security reasons):
cb*******@kentshillpark.school
kg********@kentshillpark.school
If you need further info on above please create a GTAC ticket.
