Hi,

I recently purchased 4 second hand AP230s. Two worked flawlessly, unfortunately the other two are still assigned to another VIQ and the seller is unable to assist.

Are you able to release 02301708022337 and 02301606060637 for me?

Hi Cameron, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately we still see those devices registered to the original owner, and will need to get permission from the original owner before we can remove the old records. I’ve reached out to the original owner directly, I’ll keep you updated on what I hear back. If the original owner doesn’t respond, I’ll try to reach out to their old account team to see if we can get approval that way instead.
