Hi Sam, sorry to disturb you. We are building a new school and also a new church here in my hometown in the Netherlands. From the old schoolbuilding we got several network items and also 6 AP130's, but they all give the message that the serial is already in use by another VIQ. I read in the posts that you can reset them, can you make that happen for us also?

Hi Kees, thanks for providing those serial numbers. My apologies for the slow response here, I was out of the office for a couple weeks for the holidays. I was able to free these devices up for you, so you should be able to add them to your inventory at this time. Please let me know if you have any further issues onboarding these devices. Happy 2022!
