I recently got some second hand AP 230 from a client but the old IT company is unable/unwilling to release the AP's

Is there anyway to release those? I can post/email the devices to prove that I have them.

Hi Xander, thanks for letting us know. I was able to find the old records for these devices, but we will need permission from the original owner to remove the old records. I will reach out to them now to get that permission. If they don't get back to us after 3 check-in attempts, I'll move on to the old account team to see if they can provide any context that would allow us to remove the old records. If the account team can't help us, we'll need to reach out to your local sales team to ask for their help removing these old records.
