As mentioned in the title, I obviously got migrated from "Cloud IQ" to "ONE Platform". After login in, there are no customer sites listed and even my profile looks a bit wonky.
When opening via https://extremecloudiq.com/entry#/multiplevhms --> I get some german error code, saying "The external customer accounts list could not be loaded".
Any ideas?

Its a nightmare, that "new" interface is a turd. I had that happen to me this morning, BUT you can actually solve this issue. Get logged in and then on the top right you will see a square made up of smaller squares. Click on it, and in the drop down select ExtremeCloud IQ (Classic). It will then open another browser tab and log you into the "proper" interface, the XIQ one.
Maybe try this link as well, but if it redirects you to that new interface, you will have to do the above anyway. Link: ExtremeCloud IQ
which is (https://extremecloudiq.com/login).
I was digging around in that extremeone interface and its horrible... I only have AP's, and I couldn't even find where to assign, or config any of the AP's... terrible, terrible interface... im just glad I found a way out of it, and back to the XIQ interface that actually makes sense, and allow you do do some actual work on things....

Via info in the new article https://extreme-networks.my.site.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000128105 I was able to access by logging into PlatformOne, opening a new tab and pasting the url: https://sso.extremecloudiq.com/xiq-login

I think I may have something on this. Check your license types.. We have a lot of AP's and because of the timing we have about 8-10 different license counts and end dates, but that new turd of an interface showed up right after a new license went into effect, and what I noticed is that it is a different license type to what we normally have.
Here is what I have for license types: XIQ-PIL-S-C is what we have across all of our AP's and the issue only showed up when this license type automatically rolled in, license type: EP1-STD-TA-S-C. I have a feeling someone on the backend assigned a wrong license type to a lot of the tenants we use, and thats why some are seeing the horrible interface and others do not see it.
Thoughts?

It sounds like the issue you're experiencing might be related to a permissions or migration inconsistency during the transition from Cloud IQ to the ONE Platform. If your customer sites are not appearing and your profile seems off, it's likely that your account wasn't fully mapped or synced correctly in the new environment.

I have the same problem but there is no link in my account to the ExtremeIQ (Classic). I am stuck without access.
