Where can we find info on how the A3 client agent works? What does it monitor, what does it check, what is required for it, how does it communicate with A3?

There is a component of A3 for deploying certificates to Android and Windows available on Google Play and Windows Stores. This is only for EAP-TLS.
In most cases A3 does not require an Agent to do its job. It is labeled in fact as Agentless.
