e1120 xicq controller HA steps required

Hi,

I have a scenario, of 2 e1120 physical controller and integrated with XICQ. 

Requirement is to upgrade both controllers onto 10 version. But both are in HA and i have not found anything related to HA. If i have to brok HA then i should have to know how to configure HA on both devices.

I required what is need to taken care while upgrading

What should be approach to upgrade.
