Unable to delete interface: Vlan is in use:

Software Version: 05.46.02.0019

I've got an unused interface that I want to delete. When I try do to so I get the message "Vlan is in use: ".
The interface is unplugged, set to an unused VLAN id, set to an unused IP address on an unused subnet, "Enable Device Registration" is off and "Mgmt traffic" is off.

There is nothing in the logs.

Ideas?

The vlan may be referenced in another configuration item, Role, Network, Policy. Remove the reference to the vlan and try deleting it again.
